Steven I. Goldstein

Mr. Steven I. Goldstein serves as the president and chief executive officer of Strong Memorial Hospital of the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He also serves as vice president for the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), president and chief executive officer for Highland Hospital in Rochester, president for Long Term Care for URMC, and president of Strong Partners Health System. Prior to assuming his position at Strong, he served in executive or administrative positions at Rochester General Hospital; The Children's Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio; the University of Nebraska Hospitals and Clinics and the Nebraska Psychiatric Institute in Omaha; and in the Department of Community Medicine at Wright State School of Medicine, also in Dayton. He also previously served as the Chairman of the Hospital Association of New York State. Mr. Goldstein has served numerous other boards, including the ACGME, where he served as Treasurer; Highland Hospital of Rochester; University of Rochester Medical Center; Strong Partners Health System; Seagate Alliance; and Rochester Regional Healthcare Association.
